Same problem here. 3rd gen. Apple TV. I had to reset my Apple ID password a few days ago and when I tried to sign in to iCloud on the Apple TV today I got the "iCloud is unavailable. Try again later" message. Confirmed Apple ID and password was correct. Restarted and reset Apple TV. Same thing happened.
