I've successfully used a Dell monitor with a usb C adaptor until this IOS upgrade. In order to rule out the USB C port issue, I did try a different monitor brand, and for my surprise did work. So the issue is not the C port, not cables, not power, (the Dell works on different devices). When I connect my macbook Pro Dell AW doesn't work.
This can often help to resolve any conflicts or bugs that might be causing the problem. If that doesnβt work, you can try using the Device Manager to disable and re-enable the USB-C port. This can often help to reset the port and get it working again. And if all else fails, you can try doing a full system reset.

Try this: remove the USB-C modules and plug directly into the passthrough ports off the mainboard. Do you know if the cables you are using are the original ones that came with the monitors?
